Through assessment & discussion, we can determine what you need to bring yourself back into balance and align these with your personal aims for therapy. Hannah then identifies and integrates appropriate breath, posture, movement, meditation & deep relaxation practices. These aim to soothe, nourish, strengthen & stabilise on a physical, energetic, psychological & spiritual level.
This personalised practice is written up, so that you can take it home with you, incorporate it into daily life and observe its effects. A minimum of 3 sessions is recommended, as follow up sessions enable us to refine & evolve your practice so that it continues to respond to your present needs and support you optimally.

Initial Assessment Session, 90 minutes: £60
Follow-up Sessions, 60-90 minutes: £50
5 session bundle x 60 minute: £235
10 session bundle x 60 minute: £450
Small Group
Whilst all clients require a 1:1 Initial Assessment, there is opportunity to run ongoing Yoga Therapy sessions in a small group (maximum of 3 people) for clients sharing similar conditions or challenges. Pricing stated above is simply divided between the attendees.
