What is Hypnosis
Hypnosis is simply a state of deep relaxation. Everyone has experienced this state of mind before, it is a bit like daydreaming, and all us experience it every day when falling asleep and waking up we naturally go through a phase of hypnosis. But we do not normally make use of it.
By using this state of mind in a positive way we can help to break negative habits & let go of old negative feelings, create new positive behaviours and feelings, and effortlessly become the person that we want to be.
How can it help me?
Hypnosis can help us to deal with the stresses and pressures of our modern lives and can also be used to facilitate physical healing. By tapping into out subconscious we are able to access our own innate healing powers and guide our return to a healthier body and mind.
We usually recommend that to make the best use of this therapy you take a short course of treatments, usually 3-4 sessions, but this varies depending on the requirement of the client. Each session lasts up to 1 hour.
