- How to Purchase Gift Certificates
If you wish to pay buy card return to the main Gift certificate page and use the PayPal links provided.
If you wish to pay by cheque, please write to us with details of the name and address of who we are to send the Gift Voucher to, and your email address for communication regarding the contract to buy goods.
We have created a buying form so that you can easily complete all the details we need and enclose it with your cheque, to use this form please go to the dedicated page – gift certificate forms.
- Making a Contract with us
Once we receive your order we will send you an email confirming your order has been received, that we accept your order and that a contract has been made between us. We will not process your payment until we have accepted the order.
- Data Protection & Privacy
We will store your details on a database for communication purposes only and never share your details with any third party, all your personal information will be kept confidential at all times.
- Delivery
Once we have confirmed your order we will process your order within 48 hours and post using 1st class Royal mail.
If the goods are lost or damaged on transit please let us know promptly so we may re-issue you a certificate in plenty of time for you to use appropriately.
- Availability of Goods
In the unlikely event that the gift vouchers are out of stock, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this before accepting your order. We will not accept payment and there will be no binding contract between us.
- Expiry dates and Price Changes
Due to the regular price changes any business must enforce, we place an expiry date on the gift certificate which will be 1 year on from the date of purchase. The gift certificate may still be redeemed after this time, but as the value of the therapy may have increased the client using the gift certificate will be expected to pay the difference at the appointment time. During the year that the gift certificate is ‘in date’ if price increases have been made the client will not be charged any extra for the treatment. Medicines and supplements are not included as part of the value of the gift certificate but may be purchased separately.
8. Cancellation & Returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this please email or write to us.
You do not have to give a reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel you must return the goods at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example if the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
9. Cancellation of appointment policy.
The same terms and conditions apply to cancellation of appointments made where payment was to be made using a gift certificate, as with any other payment. If the cancellation does not adhere to the terms and conditions set out in the cancellation policy the gift certificate will be null and void. However if notice is given of cancellation then the voucher may still be used for a future appointment. Please refer to the cancellation policy for more details.
10. Changes to these terms
When we make changes to these terms we shall keep previous records of terms and conditions available here
