Make Your Own Flower Essences

TIME: 10.30am to 4.30pm

This workshop will introduce you to the art of making your own flower essences.  We will explore the history, the different methods of manufacture and give you the chance to make your very own flower essence on the day from the plants found in the Chamomile Clinics Herb Garden, which includes over 50 herbs.

LUNCH: A light vegetarian lunch will be provided, please bring your own lunch if you have any food intolerances, allergies or feel you need a meat fix.

AGE RANGE: This course is not suitable for children as adult conversations may be part of the day as we explore working on emotions and feelings.  We therefore invite anyone over the age of 16 for this workshop.
