Red Tent

Tuesday 25th September, 8-10pm
Venue: The Chamomile Clinic Garden Therapy Room

In this months Red Tent, Sorrell will be leading a Cacao Ceremony and Healing Drum Journey

Cacao (raw chocolate) is a powerful plant medicine that has been used ceremonially for thousands of years across Central and South America. The people of ancient Mesoamerica attributed a sacred status to Cacao and would drink ceremonially to commune with their gods.

A Cacao Ceremony gives us time for ourselves in a hectic and stressful world. It is the perfect space to switch off the outside chaos and journey into the silence, so that we can become clearer of who we are, where we are going, and the opportunities available to us.

A note of caution: If you wish to attend and have a heart condition, are on medication or pregnant please note it may not be advisable to drink Cacao, it is still OK to attend - but please advise us if you have any medical conditions or are pregnant before booking to avoid disappointment. Contact Sorrell to book your place.
