- How to Purchase the Book
Please write to us, or email us, with details of the name and address of who we are to send the book to, and your email address for communication regarding the contract to buy goods. You can pay securely using our PayPal link on the books page, but if you prefer to pay by cheque, please write to us enclosing a cheque for the cost of the book & postage listed on the books page, for confirmation of price check the book page.
For people sending cheques, we have created a buying form so that you can easily complete all the details we need and enclose it with your cheque, to use this form please go to the book order form page.
- Making a Contract with us
Once we receive your order and cheque we will send you an email confirming your order has been received, that we accept your order and that a contract has been made between us. we will not process your payment until we have accepted the order.
- Data Protection & Privacy
We will store your details on a database for communication purposes only and will never share your details with a third party, all your personal information will be kept confidential at all times.
- Delivery
Once we have confirmed your order we will process your order and post using 1st class Royal mail.
If the goods are lost or damaged on transit please let us know promptly.
- Availability of Goods
In the unlikely event that the book is out of stock, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this before accepting your order. We will not accept payment and there will be no binding contract between us.
- Cancellation & Returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this please email or write to us.
You do not have to give a reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel you must return the goods at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example if the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

When we make changes to these terms we shall keep previous records of terms and conditions available here
